John has a 4 decade organizational development history with extensive entrepreneurial experience in both the for-profit and the not-for-profit worlds. Graduating from Boise State University with a Communication/English degree in 1975, he then earned a Masters of Divinity degree from Denver Seminary. For the following three decades, he applied his entrepreneurial and development experience to both for-profit and nonprofit 501c3 enterprises.

Concurrent with his involvement in nonprofit development, in 1991 John founded a residential remodeling company that provided the foundation for a series of entrepreneurial efforts leading up to the founding of Fractional Equities: two specialty construction companies, a mortgage brokerage, a design/build remodeling company and an ‘aging-in-place’ home modification company for seniors. During that time, John Frazier Communication, Inc. was also founded to provide the PR & marketing support needed. JFCI became the designer, owner and producer of the educational Home Owner’s Institute, the HomeScape Radio Show and the HomeScape Idaho Business Review column.

Since 2004, John has focused on developing what is now known as a ROOF®, the financial product that enables homeowners to actually liquidate the personal wealth deposited in the equity in their homes without having to move or incur debt. Creating an innovative blend of existing commercial and residential real estate and tax law, John created both an ‘off-the-shelf’ solution to the homeowner's problem and investor access to the immense opportunity locked away in mortgage-free home equity.
